UNDATED- Here's a list of stores in the Miami Valley that plan on closing, or shutting down stores in today's rough economy.

Circuit City - 155 stores slated to close
Linen's 'N Things - liquidating, filed for bankruptcy in May
Piercing Pagoda
Talbots - closing all stores before December 24
Fashion Bug, Lane Bryant, and Catherine's - closing 150 underperforming stores
Macy's - closing 9 stores in January
Ann Taylor - closing 117 stores nationwide
Home Depot - closing 15 underperforming stores
Movie Gallery - closing 400 stores (includes Hollywood Video as well)
Disney Store - scaling back
Pep Boys- 33 stores closing
Footlocker - 140 more stores closing (274 closed last year)
Wilson's Leather - only 100 stores are expected to stay open
PacSun - 154 stores/boutiques closing
Lonestar Steakhouse
Zales - 55 stores, and several dozen kiosks.
Friedman's Jewelers
Pier 1 Imports - 25 more stores shutting down.
Sharper Image - outlet stores will reportedly close immediately
Ethan Allen - closing down 12 stores
Rite Aid - will no longer open stores in certain regions
Sofa Express
Sprint
Acorn
Shoe Pavilion - closing 60 stores
