Who Can Enter

1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be Ohio residents who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the WKEF/WRGT viewing area as defined by Nielsen Media Research, Inc. (“DMA”).

2. Employees of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., Sinclair Properties, LLC, Sinclair Television of Dayton, Inc. and any other company which owns, programs or provides other services to television broadcast stations WKEF and WRGT-TV (collectively the “Station”) their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all local television broadcast and cable stations, local radio and other media companies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren. Only one winner per household.

How to Enter

(a) No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per household.

(b) To enter, log on to www.daytonsnewssource.com and click on the It's Where You Live in our features section, fill in the entry form including name, address, phone number, birth date, and email. To enter, entrants must upload a photo jpg, gif, or pdf formats and complete an essay of 100 words or less explaining how their photo shows why their neighborhood is the best place to live in the Miami Valley . Entries may also be submitted by hand printing your name, address, phone number, and birth date on a postcard accompanied by photo and a essay of 100 words or less on why their photo shows their neighborhood is the best place to live in the Miami Valley. Post card entries should be mailed to Dayton 's News Source “It's Where You Live”, 45 Broadcast Plaza Dayton Oh, 45408. No mechanically reproduced or completed entries will be accepted. All photos submitted become property of the station and will not be returned. Professional photographs will not be accepted.

(c) The promotion starts on Monday, October 29, 2008 , and all entries must be received by Station by 5:00p.m. ET Thursday, May 28, 2008 . Station is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail or for printing errors, server unavailability, computer or any other electronic malfunction.

(d) Based on the number of entries received, a maximum of ten (10) photos will be selected each week for the duration of the contest from among valid entries by station personnel based on the following criterion: People, Places, Things, or Special Events from your City or town. i.e., City parks, monuments, community center, or an annual parade. Photos must not portray children or anyone under 18 years of age. Photos must not show any explicit material and or sexual acts. Photos will be posted to station website each Monday through May 28, 2008 .

(e) All entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, illegible, or from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries become the property of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc. and the Station and will not be acknowledged or returned.

The Prize(s)

1. A maximum of 40 winners will be selected. Each winner's photo will receive coverage in the Dayton 's News Source weather segment during the 10pm and 11pm newscasts. Photos will also be posted on our website www.daytonsnewssource.com . The value of the prize cannot be determined.

2. Winner will be notified by phone. Before claiming prizes, winner must provide their correct name, address and telephone number to Station at the time of notification. Winner must sign and return a release and affidavit of eligibility, which must be received within 5 days of notification. Winner must show picture identification to claim prizes. Station reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented.

3. If winner cannot be notified within 2 days or fails to collect the prize within 5 days, the Prize will be awarded to the runner up. If runner up cannot be notified with in 2 days or fails to collect the prize within 5 business days it will constitute forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of the Station.

4. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes except at the sole discretion of Station. The Station has the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.

5. The winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.

6. Only one prize will be awarded per household.

7. Sinclair Properties, LLC, Sinclair Television of Dayton, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. are not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize.

8. Sinclair Properties, LLC, Sinclair Television of Dayton, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.

9. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that Sinclair Properties, LLC, Sinclair Television of Dayton, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. have the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

1. Odds of winning depend on the number of qualifiers and the number of online votes received.

4. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc. Sinclair Properties, LLC, Sinclair Television of Dayton, Inc accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.

5. Station cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.

6. Station reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.
